Both. Send your tech pack, pattern, or a reference sample and we'll produce to that spec; we can also help develop a design if you're starting from a concept.
What size range can you produce? +

Can I see a sample before committing to bulk? +
Yes, a physical sample is developed and sent for your approval before bulk production begins on every style.
